ABOUT

Our Mission & History

We conserve and steward the natural and historical resources of the Rangeley Lakes Region for the benefit of the community and future generations.

HISTORY

Three Decades of Conservation

Since 1991, we’ve worked to conserve land that is critical to the protection of our waters, which provides recreational opportunities year-round, and enhances the outdoors heritage within the Rangeley Lakes Region.

Mark Ireland captured our work and 3 other Maine Land Trusts in his Community Conservation.

As I look west on Mooselookmeguntic from my house, I always marvel at the beauty I see, which is land that the trust has largely conserved.”
